2024 Program Forms

Get 2023 prices for 2024. Total cost $1850.00...... no cost payment plan $250.00 down and $400.00 for the next four months.  Credit Card must be on file to get this deal.  Camp was full last year early!  Make sure that your child's spot is secure.  We are only taking a limited amount of campers in 2024.  Make sure that you are one of them.

Once you have completed the 2 forms, below please return them to admin@socialskills360.com.  Please remember that we will be running your card for $250.00 to lock in your registration.

Program dates:  July 28th- August 6th, 2024 

If you cannot make the whole program, let us know. 

A letter of need can be provided to those who have a sport or marching band and need to miss practice for our program.
